Chanel Mickelsen, 27, Killed in Car Accident at Golden Hill and Creston Roads
PASO ROBLES (May 26, 2017) – A deadly traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Golden Hill and Creston roads early Saturday, according to the Tribune.
The fatality was identified as 27-year-old Chanel Mickelsen, of Valley Center.
At approximately 2:20 a.m., a vehicle reportedly veered off the roadway for unknown reasons and crashed into a light pole at the intersection.

The driver of that vehicle, later identified as Mickelsen, suffered fatal injuries as a result of the incident. The woman was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene, officials said.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led to the fatal collision. It remained unknown at this time if there were other vehicles involved in the wreck.
