2 Hospitalized After Collision at 8th and Salem Street
Chico, CA (April 1, 2023) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of 8th and Salem Street, the Action News Now reported.
Our sources indicated a semi truck and pickup collided at the intersection of Chico on March 30, Thursday. Authorities said the crash took place around 2:15 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found both vehicles disabled in the traffic lanes. Officers then shut down the crossing for about an hour to give way to the investigation process and clearing operations.
