Chico Pedestrian Accident Main Street and West 9th Street
Driver Hits Two Pedestrians at Chico Intersection
CHICO, Calif. (Feb. 6, 2025) – A driver struck two people Thursday morning in a pedestrian accident at Main Street and West 9th Street in Chico.
The traffic collision occurred around 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 6th, according to a report by Action News Now.
Police responded to the intersection near a Arco gas station and located both pedestrians. One of them was found with minor injuries underneath the Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The other did not appear to be harmed.
Police investigating the crash determined the driver of the Toyota Tacoma failed to yield the right-of-way to the pedestrians.
There were no citations or arrests made.
