Major Injury Collision on Skyway Sunday
Chico, CA (August 29, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a car crash that occurred on Skyway Sunday morning.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle crashed for an unknown reason while traveling on the freeway in Chico. Officials said the car rolled over multiple times before coming to a rest in the 3100 block of Skyway. At this time, the description of the automobile involved in the collision remained undisclosed.

According to the CHP log, medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 4:20 a.m. Responding paramedics rendered aid to a person found breathing bus unconscious. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained major trauma as a result of the incident.
Additional details on the rollover car crash on Skyway have not been discussed thus far. Investigators continue to work at this time to determine exactly what happened here and why.
