1 Injured in Chino Crash on 60 Freeway Near Mountain Avenue
CHINO, CA (October 10, 2021) – At least one was hospitalized after a car crash on the 60 Freeway near Mountain Avenue in Chino.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the wreck took place early Sunday. Officers reported the accident at about 1:55 a.m.
According to CHP, at least two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Chino. They crashed on the 60 Freeway near Mountain Avenue.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found one person who complained of pain to their back as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Chino Valley Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced a stretch of the 60 Freeway near Mountain Avenue to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Chino crash is still under investigation.
