2 Injured in Chino Hills Crash on Soquel Canyon Parkway Near Butterfield Ranch
CHINO HILLS, CA (May 24, 2022) – Two were hospitalized after a crash on Soquel Canyon Parkway in Chino Hills.
According to the CBS Los Angeles and On Scene TV, the accident took place early Sunday. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 2:20 a.m.
The incident happened on May 22 when a Chino Hills patrol car and a 2007 Saturn Ion collided for an unknown reason in the city.
Patrol Car Involved in Wreck
The two crashed on Soquel Canyon Parkway near Butterfield Ranch Road. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
Two people ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took both patients to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Soquel Canyon Parkway to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Chino Hills crash is still under investigation.
