Bicyclist, 37, Hit and Badly Injured by Vehicle on 47th Street
LOCATION: Chollas View, San Diego County
DATE OF COLLISION: Saturday, September 22nd
September 23, 2018 – A 37-year-old man was injured in a suspected hit-and-run collision on 47th Street Saturday evening, according to Fox News.
Primary reports indicated the man was riding a bicycle northbound on 47th when he was struck by a southbound vehicle, just south of the Interstate 94 Freeway.

Officials said the bicyclist was ejected from his bike, and was overthrown onto the roady. The unidentified victim reportedly suffered a head injury and broken jaw, and was rushed to Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest for treatment.
Shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, authorities ruled the incident as a hit-and-run case. At this time, no information has been yet released on the suspect.
