Deadly Car Accident on Highway 50
Sacramento, CA (May 26, 2023) – Chris Jarosz, a 55-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on State Route Highway 50.
The FOX40 News reported Jarosz, a restauranteur, was behind the wheel of a vehicle traveling on the highway in Sacramento. In the area near 59th Street, the man apparently veered into the opposite lane and collided with a truck belonging to a Caltrans subcontractor. Officials said the truck was towing an “arrow board” when the catastrophic incident took place.
According to the article published online, the crash happened on May 24, early Wednesday.
Fatal Traffic Collision in Sacramento
The force from the impact resulted in life-threatening injuries to Jarosz, the co-owner of Broderick’s Roadhouse and other eateries. Despite life-saving measures performed by responding paramedics, the driver sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office confirmed the identity of the fatal victim as Chris Jarosz.
Several factors surrounding the collision remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly accident on Highway 50 in Sacramento.
