Motorcyclist, 21, Killed in Crash with Semi-Truck
RIVERSIDE, Calif. (July 27, 2023) — Christian Dominguez, 21, died Tuesday in a collision with a semi-tractor trailer truck on the Riverside (91) Freeway, just east of Central Avenue.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 5:25 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25th in the westbound lanes of State Route 91 in Riverside, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities stated the motorcyclist collided with the semi-truck in the No. 3 lane, but there are no further details at this time, according to a report by The Patch.
Riverside Fire Department crews responded to the scene, but Christian Dominguez died at the scene, according to the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner.
Meanwhile, the CHP’s Riverside station closed down several freeway traffic lanes for roughly three hours due to the fatal crash investigation.
