Quincy Man Suspect in Injury Car Accident at State Route 70 and Beskeen Lane
Plumas County, CA (April 27, 2022) – Police arrested 40-year-old Christopher Brown in relation with a traffic collision that occurred in the area of State Route 70 and Beskeen Lane.
Preliminary investigation revealed Brown, of Quincy, was driving a 2012 black Toyota Corolla traveling in the streets of Plumas County. According to an article published online by the Plumas News, the Toyota Corolla entered the intersection of SR-70 and Beskeen Lane at about the same time as a 2021 white Subaru Crosstrek. The left front of the Subaru struck the left rear of the Toyota, officials said.
Shortly after 12:55 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. First responders found the diver of the Subaru with minor injuries.
Authorities mentioned the driver of the Toyota appeared drunk during the investigation process. Police eventually arrested Christopher Brown for DUI following the incident.
Detectives continue to gather several information surrounding the DUI car crash in Plumas County.
