A full investigation into what caused this fatal crash is underway. Police will piece together evidence and speak with witnesses to determine fault.
We extend our heartfelt prayers to the family of Christopher Stavlas at this difficult time.
There are many steps that should be taken following a collision, but if you were injured the first step should be to obtain medical help. A police report will be necessary to file an insurance claim against the at-fault driver who caused the collision. However, it’s important to note that many insurance companies will fight these claims or offer far less than a person is owed.
We hope you are able to get the help you need, but if not call us at 855-703-4186 to request a free consultation.
