Motorcyclist, 29, Struck by DUI Driver
DATE OF COLLISION: Tuesday, January 1st
January 4, 2018- According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, Christopher Williams, 29, has been identified as the man fatally struck by a DUI driver New Year’s Day on Highway 76.
According to officials, the collision took place at roughly 3:45 p.m. when a DUI driver ID’d as Adam Barooshian swerved into Williams motorcycle causing fatal injuries to the 29-year-old man.
Williams, a resident of Oceanside who was a police and fire dispatcher, sadly leaves behind a wife and two young boy ages 8 and 5.
Adam Barooshian Arrested for DUI Crash
Meanwhile, police officials arrested Barooshian on suspicion of being under the influence. He faces charges which include drunk driving and murder.
