HIGHLAND, Calif. (Dec. 15, 2022) — Clarisa Lynn De Lloyd, 19, of Zepherhills, Florida, and Maxwell Daniel Hantz, 21, of Highland, both died in a solo crash on Victoria Avenue in Highland.
The collision occurred about 9:18 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14th, at Victoria Avenue and 5th Street, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.
Police responded to the intersection after a report about a traffic collision. Paramedics also responded to help the two occupants of the vehicle.
Sadly, both the young man and woman identified as Maxwell Hantz, and his passenger, Clarisa Lynn De Lloyd, died at the scene, the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner reports.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault. Witnesses may contact the San Bernardino Police Department.
