Major Injury Collision on Highways 20 and 53 Wednesday
Clearlake Oaks, CA (November 24, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred in the area of State Route Highway 20 and 52.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, two vehicles collided on the highway in Clearlake Oaks Wednesday afternoon. Earlier reports indicated the crash involved a maroon sedan. Meanwhile, the description of the second automobile found at the scene have not been revealed thus far.
The CHP logged the incident at about 12:40 p.m.

When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person suffered major injuries as a result of the wreck. The name and age of the injured party remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate exactly how and why the car crash on State Route 20 and 53 in Clearlake Oaks happened.
