2 Airlifted with Major Injuries, 2 Moderately Hurt
COACHELLA, California (April 3, 2016) – According to The Desert Sun, a major injury collision took place on Vista Del Sur early Saturday. (map)
The accident was reported at about 12:30 a.m. when an all-terrain vehicle crashed in a dirt area of Vista Del Sur, south of Interstate 10 Freeway.
As per The Desert Sun, fire department said a total of four people were injured following the incident. Two victims were seriously hurt and were then flown to a hospital while two other patients were transported via ground ambulance with moderate injuries.
The cause of the collision has not been yet known. Authorities will continue to investigate to determine liability.
