Semi-Truck Hits Car on Redlands Freeway in Coachella
COACHELLA, Calif. (Nov. 3, 2023) — A big rig truck crashed into a car on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway, just east of Dillon Road in Coachella.
The two-vehicle collision occurred on the Redlands Freeway at around 12:32 p.m. on Nov. 3rd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported they received a 911 call from the driver of a Doge Avenger whose vehicle was hit by a semi-truck and crashed roughly 100 feet off the roadway.
Paramedics responded to help those injured in the collision, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, ABC Tow came to remove the damaged Dodge from the crash scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Coachella accident on the 10 Freeway.
