COACHELLA, California (June 21, 2017) — A pedestrian was struck by a motorist Wednesday morning at 6th Street and Vine Avenue, near Coachella City Hall, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash took place about 10:56 a.m. this morning. One or two vehicles and a pedestrian were involved. The pedestrian suffered undisclosed injuries and was taken by ambulance to John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash and liability is under investigation to determine fault.
