1 Seriously Injured in Coarsegold Crash at Road 415 and Trabuco Mountain Road
COARSEGOLD, CA (June 25, 2021) – A car crash seriously injured at least one person at Road 415 and Trabuco Mountain Road in Coarsegold.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 5:17 p.m.
CHP said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Coarsegold. They crashed at the intersection of Road 415 and Trabuco Mountain Road.
2 Cars Collide Near Rodeo Grounds Lane
The incident log described the cars involved as a silver Toyota pickup truck and a black Nissan 4-door sedan. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Rodeo Grounds Lane.
Medical personnel then found one person who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision. They took the wounded party to a hospital for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the name of the patient and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Road 415 and Trabuco Mountain Road to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Coarsegold crash.
