COLLEVILLE, Mono County (May 13, 2016) – At least one person was injured following a hit and run crash on Highway 395, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The accident happened on May 13 at around 11:24 a.m.

As per the report, one vehicle was involved in a rollover crash.

The force from the impact resulted in at least one party suffering in injuries. The victim was transported to Carson Valley Medical Center for confined treatment of sustained trauma of unknown severity.

It was not clear whether another automobile sped away or an individual fled on foot but at least an involved entity escaped from the scene, as noted in the hit and run incident description by the CHP team.

No other information has been disclosed at this time.
