2-Vehicle Head-on Crash Collierville, California
COLLIERVILLE, Calif. (July 12, 2021) — A Collierville crash on Highway 99 at the Liberty Road off ramp happened Monday morning.
The head-on crash between two vehicles happened about 7:39 a.m., according to a California Highway Patrol report.
Additionally, the CHP report stated they were notified by the OnStar system in one of the involved vehicles after front airbags deployed.
One of the vehicles wound up facing the wrong way against traffic, police said. Police did not provide a description of the involved vehicles, nor did they say what caused the collision.

Paramedics responded to help the injured, however, there are no further details about the Collierville crash on Highway 99. The CHP report did not mention how many were injured in the collision.
Meanwhile, tow trucks responded to remove both damaged vehicles from the scene.
