Minor Injury Crash on Freeway 83 in West Sacramento
WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (June 14, 2024) — A two-vehicle car accident happened Friday morning on the Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway in West Sacramento, California near Yolo County.
This traffic accident occurred around 12:23 p.m. on June 14th according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers involved were a black Mercedes and an unknown vehicle. The unknown vehicle was found on fire while the Mercedes remained on the Reed Avenue off ramp waiting for a tow.
The paramedics responded and located two parties and took them to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. A tow truck arrived at the scene to take the Mercedes off the Highway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway in West Sacramento.
