COLTON, California (April 12, 2016) –– One person suffered a head injury Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle collision on the northbound Interstate 215 Freeway, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The minor-injury crash took place at 7:04 a.m. when a silver Honda Pilot SUV and a gray 2009 Chrysler Cruze sedan collided in the No. 1 lane. The CHP report stated the SUV was under the sedan and blocking the left lanes near the connection to the eastbound Interstate 10 Freeway.
One person who was in the Honda Pilot had complaints of pain to their head and paramedics responded to help them.
The collision is under investigation by police to determine liability.
