Bicyclist Hit by Vehicle on Pepper Avenue, Injured
COLTON (July 16, 2017) – A male bicyclist was found injured on North Pepper Avenue following a traffic collision Saturday evening, as per report by OnScene.tv.
The victim was reportedly riding his bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle of unknown make and model at approximately 9:20 p.m.
Paramedics responded to the 1100 block of North Pepper Avenue, and immediately attended to the injured man who was seen lying unconscious a few feet away from his bike on the ground. The victim was placed on a stretcher, and taken via land ambulance to a local hospital in unknown condition.
No immediate information was provided on the other motorist involved.
Per article, Colton Police Department is handling the ongoing investigation. Officials have not released any updates on the accident.
