Pickup Truck, Car in Crash on State Route 45
COLUSA, Calif. (June 2, 2023) — A two-vehicle Colusa car accident happened Friday morning on Highway 45 and Christie Lane.
The collision occurred on northbound State Route 45 around 9:06 a.m. on June 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the drivers of a red pickup truck and a blue or black sedan were involved in the wreck.
The driver of the pickup truck was reportedly turning onto Christie Lane when the two vehicles collided, the report said. The truck driver called 911 to report the crash and checked on the other motorist who apparently had complaints of pain.
Paramedics responded and treated at least one person, but it’s unknown if anyone was taken to a hospital or not.
Both lanes reopened to traffic by 9:30 a.m. and police are working on the case to determine fault for the Colusa crash on Highway 45.
