COMMERCE (July 24, 2018) – A pedestrian accident happened Tuesday afternoon in the area of Belden Avenue and Whittier Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol log, an unidentified person was struck by a white truck at the intersection around 1:05 p.m.
At least one ambulance was reportedly dispatched to provide medical aid at the scene. The identities of the parties involved, and their conditions following the collision was not immediately disclosed.
No other details have been yet released. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine liability in the accident.
