Motorcyclist Killed in Compton Crash at Alondra Boulevard and Holly Avenue
COMPTON, CA (September 17, 2022) – A crash killed a motorcyclist at Alondra Boulevard and Holly Avenue in Compton.
According to an article published by My News LA, the tragic accident took place on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 4:32 p.m.
The Compton Sheriff’s Station said the motorcycle rider and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in the city. The two crashed at the intersection of Alondra Boulevard and Holly Avenue.
Motorcycle and Vehicle Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They then confirmed that the motorcyclist died as a result of the collision.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, deputies did not mention if the other driver ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck.
Officers forced the area of Alondra and Holly to shut down for a time after the incident. The cause of the fatal Compton crash is still under investigation.
