CONCORD: DUI Collision on Mount Diablo Street; Benjamin Snow ArrestedCONCORD, California — According to an article by East Bay Times, a bicyclist suffered injuries after being hit by an intoxicated driver on Mount Diablo Street in the evening of January 1.

Officials identified the DUI driver as 24-year-old Benjamin Snow.

As per the report, Snow tried to turn a Volkswagen Passat from southbound Mount Diablo into the parking lot of Vinnie’s Bar & Grill when he struck by male cyclist.

The victim was taken to John Muir Hospital for treatment of pain to his leg.

Snow remained at the crash site between Salvio and Pacheco streets and cooperated with the police. Officers arrested him after conducting sobriety tests.
