fatality kirker pass road CONCORD, California (June 6, 2017) — Ramoncito Lucido, 30, has been identified as the man killed after a vehicle overturned onto its roof with a person trapped underneath at Kicker Pass and Hess roads, a California Highway Patrol report said.

The fatal crash took place about 7:13 p.m. Several vehicles pulled over to help those involved in the collision, believed to involve a single vehicle. An off-duty nurse was among those who stopped to help the victim.

Police are heading up the investigation into the crash to determine if other drivers were involved.
