CONCORD, California (May 6, 2016) — A total of ten people were injured following a multi-vehicle mishap on Highway 4 Friday morning, according to SF Gate.
The accident happened at around 6:00 a.m. near Willow Pass Road.
Preliminary record form the CHP dispatch stated that a green 2007 Saturn sedan, a Honda Civic, and a Chevrolet Suburban were among the involved.
The Honda suffered major front and rear-end damage, the Saturn Ion had minor rear-end damage.
A second collision involved three vehicles including a Dodge Dart with major rear-end damage in the center divider.
Paramedics were called to the scene to help ten parties suffering in injuries of different severity.
In a similar article published by the Patch, five individuals from the ten were transported to a nearby medical facility for proper treatment.
Investigators assigned to handle the case continue to gather more evidences before pronouncing closure and citations.
