Mercedes, Work Truck Crash on SR-43 Near Nevada Ave

KINGS COUNTY, CA (April 16, 2025) — A two-vehicle Corcoran collision happened Tuesday morning on Highway 43 just south of Nevada Avenue, involving a white Mercedes SUV and a work truck, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred around 7:53 a.m., and emergency personnel, including Kings County Fire, responded to the scene. Initial reports indicate the crash triggered an automatic vehicle crash notification system, prompting a rapid response.

CHP classified the incident as a minor injury collision. Tow services were requested for the Mercedes SUV, and Mc & Sons Towing was dispatched to the scene.

There was no immediate confirmation on the extent of injuries, but CHP noted medical assistance was en route.

Traffic was not significantly impacted, and the roadway remained open during the investigation. The cause of the crash is under review.
