Man, 20, Victim in Corcoran Motorcycle Crash
CORCORAN (September 10, 2018)- According to the Visalia Times-Delta, a deadly motorcycle collision left a young man fatally injured at the intersection of Highway 433 and Avenue 144.
The article did not indicate whether the accident occurred Thursday evening or Friday morning but confirmed that a woman entered the intersection directly into the path of a 20-year-old motorcyclist from of Corcoron.
According to the report, Racquel Sutherland, 32, had been traveling westbound in a Kia on Avenue 144, accompanied by passenger Sarai Chavez, 38, while the motorcyclist headed northbound on Highway 43.
The collision left the young man with grave injuries as several Good Samaritans stopped and stepped out of their vehicles to provide CPR efforts.
Sadly, the rider did not survive and was pronounced at the scene.
At this time, the victim has not been publicly identified by name.
Neither drugs nor alcohol is believed to have been factors in this incident.
