Pedestrian Killed in Desert Hot Springs Accident on Palm Drive
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif. (February 5, 2021) – Corey Callaghan, 37, of Palm Desert, died in a pedestrian accident on Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs.
According to an article published by the KESQ News, the victim was struck by a vehicle about 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4th.
Police said a vehicle struck the pedestrian on Palm Drive, just south of Dillon Road.

Firefighters, and paramedics, both responded to the scene. They located the injured Palm Desert resident lying on the ground with severe injuries.
Sadly, the pedestrian died of their injuries on scene.
Meanwhile, the driver stopped and cooperated with authorities and the investigation.
The cause of the fatal collision is still under investigation.
