1 Injured in Corona Crash at Hunt Road and Knabe Road
CORONA, CA (August 26, 2021) – At least one was hospitalized after a car crash at Hunt Road and Knabe Road in Corona.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the wreck took place on Thursday afternoon. Officers reported the accident at about 3:56 p.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Corona. They crashed at the intersection of Hunt Road and Knabe Road.
2 Cars Collide
The incident log described the cars involved as a white Chevrolet Silverado and a Toyota Prius. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Trilogy Parkway.
Medical personnel found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor to moderate injuries.
Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Hunt and Knabe roads to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Corona crash.
