RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Oct. 19, 2021) —  A crash on the 91 Freeway near McKinley Street involving three pickup trucks happened Tuesday morning in Corona, Riverside County.

The multi-vehicle collision happened about 5:57 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The drivers of a white work truck, a Ford F-250 pickup truck and a Nissan pickup truck collided in the westbound middle lanes of the 91 freeway just west of McKinley Street.

The Corona Fire Department responded to the scene to help those hurt in the crash. One man struck his head on a windshield during the crash. It’s unknown at this time if others were hurt in the Corona crash.

Tow trucks removed all three pickup trucks from the scene of the Riverside County traffic accident.

Investigators seek to determine fault for the multi-vehicle Corona collision.
