Rider Killed in Collision Near Ontario Avenue
Corona, CA (October 16, 2022) – A motorcyclist died following a traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 15 Freeway Sunday evening.
My News LA published an article online reporting a collision between a motorcycle and a gray Acura sedan. Preliminary investigation revealed the rider was getting out of the express of the freeway. While the motorcyclist was changing lanes, the rider slammed into the back of the Acura.
Deadly Motorcycle Accident on 15 Freeway in Corona
Due to the force from the impact, the motorcyclist was ejected onto the right hand shoulder embankment. The crash resulted in fatal injuries to the rider. Responding firefighter paramedics sadly pronounced the victim dead at the scene at 8:51 p.m.
Meanwhile, the occupants in the Acura appeared unharmed after the crash.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the deadly accident that happened on 15 Freeway near Ontario Avenue.
