CORONA, California (January 13, 2015) — A motorcyclist riding a red 2014 Harley Davidson Road King was injured Tuesday morning in a crash with another driver on the 91 Freeway at the Interstate 15 Freeway, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The driver of a silver Honda Civic collided about 6:15 a.m. with the Harley Davidson motorcycle in the HOV and No. 1 lane. The impact caused the rider to fall off the bike onto the freeway. Other vehicles stopped to protect the rider from being struck a second time. The rider was found on the ground and not moving when paramedics with the Corona Fire Department arrived at the scene.
Police issued a SigAlert for the crash about 6:22 a.m.
Police will investigate the collision to determine liability. J and M Tow brought a flatbed to remove the damaged motorcycle.
