At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Riverside Freeway Friday
Corona, CA (August 27, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a hit-and-run crash that occurred Friday morning on State Route 91, also known as Riverside Freeway.
Initial records indicated two or more vehicles collided in the westbound side of Riverside (91) Freeway near Serfas Club Drive. Officials described the automobiles involved in the wreck as a white Nissan Altima, and a yellow pickup truck.
Shortly after 6:15 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the accident scene. First responders found at least one occupant in the Nissan with injuries. At this time, the name of the victim and the extent of their trauma remained undisclosed.

Meanwhile, the CHP log mentioned the pickup truck fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Further investigation on the car crash on State Route 91 in Corona is underway.
