Motorcycle Rider Injured in Traffic Collision on Riverside Freeway Monday
Corona, CA (July 13, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run crash on State Route 91, also known as Riverside Freeway, Monday morning.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a motorcyclist collided with a semi truck in the westbound side of the highway. Initial records indicated the accident took place near Green River Road in Corona.
According to the CHP dispatch, the force from the impact ejected the motorcycle rider onto the right-hand shoulder of State Route 91.
Emergency teams arrived at the location and immediately rendered aid to the motorcyclist. Our sources confirmed the man sustained injuries as a result of the incident. At this time, the name of the victim, and the extent of their wounds have not been discussed thus far.

Meanwhile, the CHP log mentioned the truck operator continued driving after the collision. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine several factors surrounding the motorcycle crash in Corona.
