CORONA, California (August 19, 2015) — At least one person suffered major injuries Wednesday morning in a crash involving a motorcyclist and another driver on the northbound Interstate 15 Freeway, just south of Weirick Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported at 9:45 a.m. when a motorcyclist went down in the No 1 lane and a second vehicle was also blocking the roadway. The motorcyclist was injured in the crash and it appears they were a diabetic. The rider was conscious and speaking when they were taken by ambulance to Inland Valley Medical Center for treatment of major injuries.
Police are investigating the crash to determine liability.
