
CORONA, Calif. (Jan. 19, 2023) — A Corona motorcycle accident happened Thursday morning on the Riverside 91 Freeway at Maple Street.
The two-vehicle collision occurred on State Route 91 about 9:05 a.m. on Jan. 19th in Riverside County, according to the California Highway Patrol reports.
The drivers of a motorcycle and a white Toyota Matrix collided due to unknown reasons. The rider went down in the No. 2 lane and appeared to be conscious, the report said.
Paramedics with the Corona Fire Department responded to help the injured motorcycle rider, but there are no further details. It’s unknown if the rider was taken to a hospital or not.
The vehicles blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway’s westbound lanes.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Corona accident on the 91 Freeway.
