CORONA, California (February 29, 2016) — A motorcyclist identified as Miguel Bethune, 40, of Perris was killed in a crash with a black Ford Flex Tuesday night at Cajalco Road and La Sierra Avenue, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported at 6:06 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Cajalco Road. The motorcyclist was reported driving recklessly prior to the crash and drove around one motorist, crashed into a curb and then struck another vehicle. The car was blocking eastbound lanes and the motorcycle was blocking westbound lanes. Paramedics responded to the scene to help the injured, but the rider died of his injuries at 6:34 p.m., the Riverside County Sheriff’s Coroner stated.
