CORONA, California (August 5, 2015) — A driver was hospitalized Wednesday morning following a crash involving four motorists on the westbound State Route 91 Freeway, just west of Green River Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported at 7:59 a.m. when a blue Toyota Prius, a grey Honda and two other vehicles collided in the No. 3 lane lf the freeway. The Corona Fire Department responded to help those hurt in the crash and transported one driver to a local hospital for undisclosed injuries.
Police are investigating who caused the crash and will issue a report determining liability. This report will also contain the names and vehicle information for all involved drivers and witnesses who saw the crash. Those involved will need this report to file a claim with their insurance company.
