CORONA, California (Tuesday, March 15, 2016) – A four-vehicle traffic collision occurred on State Route Highway 91, at the northbound McKinley Street off-ramp. The collision blocked the entire off-ramp. The vehicles involved included a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse, a black Honda Civic, a blue Hyundai sedan, and a white Honda Civic. At least one party, the passenger of the Mitsubishi, was trapped inside the vehicle and sustained severe injuries. An ambulance responded quickly to the scene.
Emergency services reported that this might have been initially two separate collisions.
The incident took place tonight at about 7:52 p.m., according to an incident report by the California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino. Specialty Tow sent a flatbed wrecker to collect one of the vehicles. The others were still operable.
