1 Killed, 3 Injured in 405 Freeway Accident
COSTA MESA (August 13, 2017) – A fatal traffic collision took place on the southbound 405 freeway late Saturday night, according to The Orange County Register.
The accident was reported at 11:58 p.m., near Bristol Street.
As per the article, California Highway Patrol said that two vehicles initially collided and were then struck by a third car.

A passenger in one of the vehicles involved, a woman in her 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Three other people were transported to local hospitals with injuries considered as non-life-threatening. Another party involved declined to be treated following the wreck.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
