Costa Mesa Fatal Car Accident

A passenger in one of the vehicles involved, a woman in her 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.

Three other people were transported to local hospitals with injuries considered as non-life-threatening. Another party involved declined to be treated following the wreck.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation.

We offer our prayers and most heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of the deceased woman during such a difficult time. We also wish the injured victims a swift and full recovery.

In this case, there are several questions that need to be resolved in order to determine the liability in the deadly crash. Was any driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time? Did speeding or distracted driving play a role? Was there negligence or recklessness on the part of the motorists involved?

Most deadly accidents are preventable for as long as people practice road safety measures and follow the traffic laws.
