Motorcyclist Down in Fast Lane US 101 in Cotati
COTATI, Calif. (July 22, 2024) — A motorcycle accident happened Monday morning in Cotati California on the US 101 Highway near the Gravenstein Highway off ramp.
The traffic accident occurred at around 10:56AM on July 22nd 2024, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A black motorcycle and a grey sedan collided into one another on the US 101 Highway in Cotati California. Both vehicles were in lane one of the highway. The motorcycle itself is in the center divide, in addition to the motorcyclist rider is down into the center divide. And additionally, two other vehicles were also in the center divide.
Paramedics were needed on the scene of the crash responded and located those with injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of unknown injuries at this time. Tow trucks also were needed on the scene, they arrived and removed the damaged motorcycle, and possible other cars involved.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the accident in Cotati on the US Highway 101.
