Pedestrian Hit and Badly Injured by Vehicle at Hollenbeck Avenue and Arrow Highway
COVINA (July 13, 2018) – A 53-year-old Oxnard man was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident at the intersection of Hollenbeck Avenue and Arrow Highway, according to San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
The incident happened on Friday at about 5:20 a.m.

Initial investigation revealed the pedestrian was crossing Hollenbeck Avenue against a “do not walk” sign. At the same time, a pickup drove through the intersection and struck the man.
Responding emergency personnel transported the pedestrian to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center for treatment. As per the article, the man remained in critical condition as of Friday evening.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was released on the identity and whereabouts of the motorist involved.
