Man, 60, Injured in Coyote Hit-and-Run Near San Bruno and Hale Avenues
COYOTE, CA (January 12, 2022) – A hit-and-run crash injured a pedestrian near San Bruno Avenue and Hale Avenue in Coyote.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident took place on Wednesday night. According to their dispatch, officers reported the incident shortly before 8 p.m.
The incident happened when a vehicle struck a male pedestrian for an unknown reason in Coyote. The driver hit him near the intersection of San Bruno and Hale avenues.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Morgan Hill. They found the 60-year-old man who ended up hurt as a result of the collision
Medical personnel treated the victim for the unspecified injuries they sustained in the incident. His name and condition at this time were not released.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the motorist did not stop to render aid and then fled the area. Officers forced the corner of San Bruno and Hale avenues to shut down following the collision.
The cause of the Coyote hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
