
CRESCENT CITY, Calif. (April 18, 2023) — A driver struck a pedestrian riding a bicycle Tuesday morning in an accident on Northcrest Drive, south of East Washington Boulevard.
The minor-injury collision occurred around 11:28 a.m. on April 18th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in a blue Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck hit the person with a bicycle due to unknown reasons.
Paramedics responded to help the injured male and transport him by ambulance to a hospital. Meanwhile, someone from the police department dropped off the man’s belongings including the bicycle at his residence.
Investigators continue to work on the case to determine liability for the bicycle accident on Northcrest Drive.
