1 Seriously Injured in Crescent City Crash at Humboldt Road and Maher Avenue
CRESCENT CITY, CA (May 11, 2021) – At least one was seriously injured after a car crash at Humboldt Road and Maher Avenue in Crescent City.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 2:52 p.m.
According to their dispatch team, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Crescent City. They crashed at the intersection of Humboldt Road and Maher Avenue.
Car Collision Near Ranch Tuesday
CHP described the cars involved as a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a Hyundai Sonata. Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene near the Orman Guest Ranch and Stables.
Medical personnel then found one person who ended up suffering from major injuries as a result of the collision. They took the patient to a hospital for treatment.
Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the intersection of Humboldt and Maher to close following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Crescent City crash.
