Woman, Man Injured in Culver City Collision
CULVER CITY, Calif. (March 12, 2025) – Two people were injured following a rollover car accident in Culver City at Barman Street and Elenda Street.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 12th, according to the Culver City Police Department. The intersection is controlled by traffic lights in all directions and there are also left-hand turn signals.
However, an eastbound driver in a Volvo SUV was traveling along Barman Street when for unknown reasons the vehicle collided with a northbound Volkswagen SUV traveling on Elenda Street, the report said.
The Volvo overturned in the crash at the intersection near Culver City High School.
The Culver City Police Department responded and located a woman and child in one of the vehicles. The woman was hospitalized and the child was unharmed, the report said.
Meanwhile, a male occupant from the Volkswagen was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the collision.
